420-lb. Propane Cylinder

Height 4′-4 ½” | Diameter 30″ | LPG Capacity 375 litres* (Per Cylinder)

Ideal Use: This can also be termed a residential propane tank. If you are using propane at home for something other than primary home heating, this is the tank for you. Popular uses include water heaters, fireplaces, pool heaters, and auxiliary heaters.

Distance/Position: Cylinders can be placed against a building, and more than one cylinder can be connected together for higher volume use when a 500-gallon tank is not feasible. A maximum of four cylinders can be placed together. A typical residential application would require two to three cylinders.

250-gallon propane tank

250-gallon propane tanks are 7-foot-long containers that hold up to 200 gallons of propane. These tanks can fuel additional heating systems or two home appliances such as water heaters, pool heaters, or a generator.

500-Gallon Propane Tank

Height 3′-10″ | Length 9′-10″ | Diameter 38″ | LPG Capacity 1514 litres*

Ideal Use: If you are heating your home with propane, this is the popular choice. Commonly used for residential and small commercial heating applications, or where a higher BTU load is required for multiple uses.

Distance/Position: Must be installed at least 10 feet (3 metres) from any building or property line.

1,000-Gallon Propane Tank

Height 4′-4″ | Length 15′-11″ | Diameter 41″ | LPG Capacity 3028 litres*

Ideal Use: A 1,000-gallon tank is usually for commercial or agricultural operations with high volume usage and very high BTU loads.

Distance/Position: Must be installed at least 10 feet (3 meters) from any building and at least 10 feet from any property line.

This was the first time I needed to buy a storage container, I started out at another website called PDX containers and it turned out to be a complete spoof.That's when you find out that there are a lot of people going to a lot of trouble to take advantage of supply chain issues and people's sometimes desperate need for storage containers. So I thought I wasn't going to meet my deadline, but then a friend of mine introduced me to Lance and Shane at Quickbox and even though it was a little more expensive, the most important thing is that it actually exists.So if you're shopping around please be careful of scams and if you just want to know for sure you're going to get a container I highly recommend these guys. They keep you informed and the most important thing of all is that they don't ask for a deposit or any upfront payment. It's as simple as arranging delivery and writing a check when it shows up.No legitimate shipping company will ask you for large deposits or to pay over Zelle Venmo or PayPal or anything else.I appreciate the team at Quickbox figuring out how to solve my problem as fast as they did and now I'm the proud owner of a very real 20-foot container that was used just one time and looks brand new. We had a complicated delivery site, way down an 100 year old logging road, and the rainy season was coming. Shane watched the weather and was able to squeak in a delivery between rainy days, probably the last day of the season a safe delivery could happen. AMAZING customer service! Shane was great! He walked me through a number of items to make sure that I was ordering the right box, was very responsive in a timely manner, and would be someone with whom I would do business again in a heartbeat. When we ran into a glitch at the county level with regards to using the box (our facility is in a floodplain), Shane volunteered to return our deposit, and the deposit return was completed without any hassle.
